    PRICING

    All prices are in US dollars. All prices listed are accurate to the best of our ability. In the rare case that an item is listed incorrectly, Lassanai reserves the right to refuse the sale and may offer the items again with the correct information.

    SALES TAX

    Sales tax is charged on orders shipped within New York state at the local tax rate. 

    AVAILABILITY

    Lassanai does not guarantee the availability of any items listed on lassanainyc.com. If the item selected for purchase is not available, Lassanai will make every effort to contact you with notification of the cancellation.

    REPAIRS

    For all repair inquiries, please email info@lassanainyc.com. Please include your name, description, and photo of the damage if possible. All repairs are subject to shipping charges. We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs and are not responsible for repairs on items that appear (as determined by Lassanai) have been caused by careless or inappropriate use.


    All Lassanai items are handmade/finished, so no two pieces are identical. In this regard, variances of stones and silverwork between pieces are deemed as ‘character’ (not damage) that distinguishes each piece as unique.

    CARE

    Lassanai items are sold in new condition. Jewelry, like all material, is susceptible to damage and requires TLC/maintenance. Your piece was handmade/finished and it is therefore delicate in nature. Please treat it with care to improve its longevity. Do not swim, bathe or shower in your jewelry and avoid unnecessary exposure to heat and moisture where possible. Also avoid any exposure to chemicals and rigorous activities that may cause damage. 

    PRIVACY

    Lassanai will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with anyone. Information submitted to us is only available to our employees and contracted service providers that are processing your order or tending to your other requests. Any information and data we gather is only used to learn more about customers so Lassanai can better serve you in the future.
