1. MEASURE RING DIAMETER

Measure the inside diameter of a ring that fits your preferred ring finger well, and check against the chart below.

2. MEASURE FINGER CIRCUMFERENCE

In the absence of a ring, wrap a piece of string snugly around your finger where you intend to wear the ring. Ensure it's not too tight and can easily slide over your knuckle. Mark the point on the string where it overlaps to form a circle. Straighten out the string and measure the length to reveal the inside circumference of your ring. Check the measurement against the chart below.
